Carolina Luengo Mart\u00ednez, es Mag\u00edster en Salud P\u00fablica, con menci\u00f3n en Gesti\u00f3n, Diplomada en Salud Ocupacional y Doctora en Enfermer\u00eda, as\u00ed como una pasant\u00eda internacional (Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Barcelona, Espa\u00f1a), para profundizar en temas de salud de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n

Ha desarrollado proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n con fondos nacionales externos, fondos extranjeros con acad\u00e9micos de M\u00e9xico y Per\u00fa), y fondos internos UBB (todos sobre tem\u00e1ticas de condiciones de trabajo, satisfacci\u00f3n laboral, liderazgo y estr\u00e9s laboral. En extensi\u00f3n desarrolla una actividad sobre \u201cPromoci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n de la salud, una tarea de todos 21-22\u201ddirigida a la salud de los trabajadores. En este mismo contexto, ha generado instancias de capacitaci\u00f3n a grupos laborales, en espec\u00edfico profesores de establecimiento de educaci\u00f3n municipal en el tema de primeros auxilios.<\/p>\n

Miembro de la Red Internacional de Enfermer\u00eda en Salud Ocupacional (RedEnso) y SOCHENSO (Sociedad Chilena de Enfermer\u00eda en Salud Ocupacional), en esta \u00faltima se han desarrollado asesor\u00edas t\u00e9cnicas en el tema de gesti\u00f3n. Ha publicado art\u00edculos en revistas WoS, Scielo, Scopus y cap\u00edtulos de libro, en las tem\u00e1ticas de salud en el trabajo y gesti\u00f3n, en colaboraci\u00f3n con acad\u00e9micos de la UBB, otras casas de estudios nacionales e internacionales, siendo tambi\u00e9n revisor externo, para revistas que abordan la tem\u00e1tica de salud laboral, miembro de comit\u00e9 cient\u00edfico en jornadas de salud ocupacional nacional entre otras actividades similares. La experiencia mencionada y su dedicaci\u00f3n al estudio de la Salud ocupacional\/laboral, le permite contribuir a la l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n y Bienestar de este grupo.
